The Pragmatic Reality

Embarrassing indeed !

A couple of days ago, my friends pushed me to join a dance presentation for the I-Week (Internationl Week) to be held at Texas A&M University from February 28th to March 2nd. Yes, I did say "Dance". This sure looks very weird because I haven't actually been the guy who is that interested in cultural festivals etc.. During my bachelors in the happenin place Chennai ,I haven't attended a single " College day" function. That sure would've brought a lot of Oohs and Aah's. Well its not that Iam the nerd in the group, but with disclaimers about the function from my college rule books stating that there should be no clapping, no talking or to sum it up NO FUN, who would bother to even go. The only crowd that came there were people in the hostel (those dudes aint got another choice) and the ones who came for the food.

Coming back to the present situation, I tried telling my friends that dancing was not my part of the pie, but they wouldnt take no for an answer, why ? Because they dont have anyone else to put on the stage. Which makes me look like the scape goat. Till this day I havent really done anything crazy in my life, so I thought this was near that experience, so why not take it.
